We hired a C25 RV from these guys in April. We were a little bit nervous having not taken this kind of holiday before but Betty and Jesus were very welcoming and helpful. The handover of the RV was very thorough. It was a spacious vehicle and very comfortable. For fellow Brits, these are easy vehicles to drive on the American roads. We were soon under way on a memorable road trip down to Florida Keys, the Everglades and to the Gulf coast. Fueling, topping up the water and the gas and dumping were all straight forward thanks to watching the demo video before departure and explanations before we left the depot. We had a couple of minor issues including a small leak after a night of torrential rainfall, which we contacted the polite and helpful helpline about and were given advice as well as an offer of sending someone out to assist. We chose to continue on our way though as there was no further rain forecast, but knew we could call again if we had further issues. We had the provisions pack as a freebie for booking early. The items were nearly all brand new and worth having. We didn’t pay for the personal kit as we brought our own towels and bought cheap bedding which we donated to local charity (goodwill) which we found a cheaper option. All in all, we would thoroughly recommend this type of holiday to anyone considering it and most especially use these guys who were so friendly and so helpful. - Tracy
